Course registration in all units of our university will begin on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will continue until Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Course registration and renewal must be completed by all our students, including newly enrolled students. Students who do not renew their registration within the specified period will not be able to take any courses, take exams, or benefit from student rights for that semester.

Classes Begin
Tuition fee or contribution fee payments must be made between February 2-19, 2026. If you have outstanding tuition or contribution fee debts, your selected courses will not be sent for advisor approval, and your course registration/renewal process will not be completed until the debt is cleared. Students who do not complete the registration renewal or course registration process will not be able to benefit from student rights for the relevant semester and will not appear on any lists, including attendance and grade entry lists.
Students will complete course registration and renewal online by logging into the UBYS System at ubys.hitit.edu.tr using their usernames and passwords.
Your course registration will be completed after it is approved by your advisor. If deemed appropriate, your advisor may make changes to the courses you have selected through the system and resend them to you for review.
You must check the course registration stages until you see that your registration has been approved.
Points to Note During Course Registration:
The student is solely responsible for all aspects of the registration renewal process.
1. Students must register for courses within the period specified in the academic calendar.
2. Students who do not renew their registration cannot take courses, exams, or benefit from student rights.
3. Registration for courses that partially or completely conflict with other courses in the weekly schedule is not possible. This condition also applies to courses retaken due to absenteeism.
4. Students who are required to pay tuition fees can select courses after making the payment.
5. Students who did not take or failed courses in the semester they were supposed to take them must register for those courses in the first semester they are offered, starting from the lowest semester.
6. From the third semester onwards, regardless of GPA, the maximum number of credits a student can register for in a semester cannot exceed 1/3 of the total credits allocated for that semester.
7. Our students will log into UBYS with their usernames and passwords between the specified dates and complete the registration renewal process by clicking the "Renew Registration or Complete My Registration" button. However, those with outstanding debts must pay them first, and only after payment can they complete the registration renewal.
8. Students who do not complete the registration renewal process will not be able to benefit from student rights for the relevant semester and will not appear on any lists, including attendance and grade entry lists.
